4. Cookies and trackers

The site uses cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: essential to the operation of the site (basket, session, login). They do not require consent.
  • Audience measurement cookies: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. These cookies are only placed after your consent; they remain blocked until you have accepted.

On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept or refuse non-essential cookies, and to customise your choices by category. Until you have given your consent, no non-essential cookies are placed.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:

  • if you have a customer account, via the link provided in your account;
  • via the Manage cookies link;
  • or by deleting cookies in your browser settings (some features of the site may then no longer work correctly).

Your choice is kept for a limited period (a maximum of 13 months), after which your consent is requested again.

Your data is never sold or rented. It may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with:

Some of our providers (e.g. Google, PayPal) may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

We only keep your data for as long as necessary:

In accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), you have the following rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability, and withdrawal of your consent at any time (without retroactive effect).

To exercise these rights, write to us at [email protected]. We may ask you to prove your identity. We will respond within the legal time limits (in principle one month).
