What are the shipping methods available?

During the checkout process, the available delivery methods will be displayed according to your delivery address. We are currently working with GLS, Mondial Relay and Bpost.

How much is the shipping?

During the checkout process, the costs will be displayed according to your order and delivery address.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as the shipping costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. 

For the Zone EU 1, shipping is free of charge for orders above 115€.

We have selected several carriers in order to offer you the best quality at the best price. We will continue to improve this service.

Depending on the destination, you can have your order delivered:

at a pickup point

at an address of your choice, at home or at work

Where are you located? 

We have a warehouse in Belgium. This means there won’t be any customs duties in the countries of the European Union.

Is my order going to be packed carefully?

All necessary precautions are taken to protect fragile objects. We handle every order with the utmost care.

Can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order directly on our website during its preparation. When shipped out, you will receive an email with a track and trace code to follow your package.

What is ‘no delivery’?

The ‘no delivery’ option is not available for use without prior authorisation. Please contact us if you would like more information about this.

I want to add something to an existing order 

It is possible to add something to a previous order to avoid extra shipping costs. Proceed to the order and then choose ‘no delivery’ as a delivery method. Provide your other order reference in the comment section and we will ship both together.

If your order has been placed on the ‘being prepared’ status, then we won’t be able to add another product.

My order has been in "soon in preparation for a while"

If your order is in this status, you can rest assured we are getting to it. We try to send your order within a span of 1-2 business days. If a lot of orders were placed (e.g. pre-orders for a popular release), it is possible there might be a delay. We will work through all the orders placed in a "first come, first served" basis. This means we are sending out the earliest placed orders first to keep things fair.

My friend’s order for the same product has already arrived while mine hasn’t

As mentioned above, we usually work in a “first come, first served” manner. This means we are sending out the earliest placed orders first to keep things fair.

If you ordered a version with any extras like e.g. Weverse gift, withmuu card, YG gifts, SM gifts, … we will usually only receive the albums one or two weeks later than the regular ones. Please refer to the product page on our website to consult the estimated date of shipping.

The estimated date of shipment shown on your website has passed and I haven’t received word my order has been shipped yet

The dates presented on the product page, represent an estimate. It is possible orders are shipped out sooner or later. Should a delay become big, we will inform you about the situation through email, after inquiring with our supplier if necessary.

I want to cancel or replace a product 

Feel free to contact us through the contact tab in case you want to cancel or replace a product.

If your order has been placed on the ‘being prepared’ status, then we won’t be able to cancel it.

How long will my package remain in a parcel shop?

Bpost package dispenser : 5 days

Bpost pick-up point : 14 days

Mondial relay pick-up point : 14 days

GLS parcel shop : 10 days

If not claimed within the above term, your package will be returned to us. For any second shipping, the extra costs will be at your charge.
