What are the payment options?

All available payment options for each country are displayed at the checkout, once you have entered the country of delivery.

We support a wide variety of payment methods, including:

What is the currency?

The prices visible on our website are stated in Euros (EUR).

We are not responsible for conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when purchasing from our website. Should you have questions concerning this, please contact your bank or credit card company.

My payment has failed

Most of the time, we have payment problems while using IDEAL card on certain mobile phones. Please, try to avoid that payment method (alternatively, pay with iDEAL using a computer, or use another card altogether).

If your account has been debited but there is no confirmed order, you should receive an email from Paypal saying you will get a full automatic refund handled directly by them.

Have you received my bank transfer?

It might take a few days, depending on the bank, for the payment to be approved. You will receive a notification when it is accepted.

No storage of payment information

We do not receive or store any payment information. All transactions are handled directly by Paypal, our payment service provider. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank.
