What is the currency?

The prices visible on our website are stated in Euros (EUR).

Have you received my bank transfer?

It might take a few days, depending on the bank, for the payment to be approved. You will receive a notification when it is accepted.

No storage of payment information

We do not receive or store any payment information. All transactions are handled directly by Viva Wallet, our payment service provider. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank.
