You will not suffer from unexpected custom duties expenses. All is included in the shipping costs.


I live outside of the European Union

Depending on where you live, your country’s customs office may impose a few additional charges on your order: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs) and/or taxes. In some countries, orders below a certain value may not be subject to duties. This is often known as De Minimis value and is determined by your local customs office. For all online orders - including the purchase of gift cards - all the fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer (that’s you). They will be charged upon arrival. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of packages at their discretion.

Do I have to create an account?

Accounts are not mandatory, but highly recommended. It will help you keep track of your orders and carts. 


Where can I see the evolution of my order?

On your account, you can select the ‘order history and details’ option to help you track your order on iPurple.


I have forgotten my password

To reset your password, follow the 'FORGOT PASSWORD' instructions on the LOG IN page. Please note that, for security reasons, we do not have access to your old password.


What do the order statuses mean?

Pre-order: Your order will be shipped around the status date

Soon in preparation: You order will soon be prepared

Being prepared: Your order is being prepared

Being packed: Your order is being packed

Shipped: You order has been shipped according to your chosen delivery method



What is a pre-order?

An article marked as pre-order means that we do not have it in stock yet because it has not been released in Korea. Placing a pre-order will assure you to get the pre-order benefits that are included with the products.


When will my pre-order be shipped?

Each pre-order article has its own shipping date that you can directly find on the product page.

If there are different articles in your order, it will be shipped when the pre-order product has reached the warehouse.

If you have multiple pre-ordered products in one order, the order will be shipped once all products have arrived in our warehouse. If you do not wish to wait, placing separate orders can prevent this. 


When do the pre-order benefits end?

The pre-order benefits end on the release date of the product. If there is an exception, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.


What does RESTOCK mean?

Articles marked as ‘RESTOCK’ are products that are available to order, but have not yet been received on our end. The delivery date will be indicated on the product page.


What does HOT mean?

Articles marked as ‘HOT’ are products of which the release date has passed, but we have not yet received it in our warehouse. The delivery date will be indicated on the product page.



Are the kpop products official?

We offer a wide range of Korean Pop Music related products including albums, lightsticks, season's greetings,... all are official products coming from South Korea (there might be exceptions concerning specific merchandising, which might be non-official, but of good quality. This will be clearly stated on the product page, however). With iPurple, there is no bad unexpected surprises. The albums are sealed and counting for Hanteo & Gaon charts⁠.


I would like a particular album version

You can choose the version of the product directly on the product page. 


What if it says ‘Random’?

We sometimes don’t know beforehand which version of an album we will receive. In this case, you can write your preferred version in the comments section of your order, and we will try to send you the requested version.


What if the product is not available?

We have a product restock every week and try to provide the largest availability possible. If the product you desire is not in stock, leave your email address on the product page. This way, you will be notified when the article is back on the iPurple website.

The permanent out of stock articles will be automatically removed.


I can’t find a product

If you have an interest in a product that is not listed on our website, feel free to contact us by email at info@ipurple.eu


Does my product come with a poster?

If the article is sent with a poster, it will be written on the product page. Pre-orders usually come with a poster. You can also contact us if you’d like to know about a specific product.

We are also selling folded posters in the ‘PHOTOCARDS & BENEFIT GIFTS’ tab.


Can I get an unfolded poster?

Some posters are included in the album itself. Those are always folded posters.

All extra posters (not included within the album) are folded by hand when received. It is possible to get one sent in a tube, but there will be extra shipping costs involved. If you still wish to get the poster unfolded, please contact us before the release date so we can put it aside for you. After the release date, the poster will automatically be folded.

Are you selling photocards and PO benefits?

Some pre-order benefits such as photocards and posters are available to order separately . As most articles are only available when pre-ordered, they won’t be restocked. 

Since these items are extras, we won't be shipping them separately for ecological reasons. Please buy a minimum of 3 POB items or only add them to your order of albums/merchandise.
