Jung Joon Young was seen at a bar in France a few months after his release from jail

A few days ago, footage of Jung Joon Young at a nightclub in Lyon, France, was posted on Twitter and quickly became a hot topic in Korean news.

The OP (original poster of the post) shared her encounter with Jung Joon Young and explained how she ordered a drink and received the wrong one. Instead of discarding the drink, they proposed offering it to someone nearby. That's when Jung Joon Young appeared and offered to drink it himself.

The girl immediately recognized his face but couldn’t be sure it was really him until she saw his tattoo. Someone then pointed at Jung Joon Young and introduced him as a 'former famous Korean singer.'

Jung Joon Young asked for the Instagram handles of the people in the OP’s group and took a picture of them since the connection in the club was bad. He then went to another girl and flirted with her.

The OP explained that they wanted to intervene but were scared to cause a scene and put the girl Jung Joon Young was flirting with at harm.

Private messages were also shared by JTBC in which Jung Joon Young claims that he’s from Boston and will open a Korean restaurant in Lyon. He also expressed his disappointment that the OP exposed him on Twitter.

A few years ago, Jung Joon Young was revealed as one of the key figures in the Burning Sun scandal and was sentenced to 5 years in prison for rape + the filming and sharing of illicit content. He finished his sentence a few months ago.
