Chen, Xiumin, and Baekhyun from EXO are suing SM Entertainment for unfair profit distribution. They signed solo contracts with INB100, but allege SM is demanding 10% of their revenue, violating the agreed 5.5% commission. SM claims the members agreed to the 10% fee for early contract termination. Legal actions and complaints have been filed by both parties.
